This year our annual holiday party will be on Sunday, December 3rd.   It will be held at the home of Bill and Ninfa Bergen in huntington beach.   The party will begin at noon and will be a pot luck lunch.   Please bring a dish to share.

If you would like to participate in the gift exchange,  please bring a new, wrapped gift valued at $20.  Bring one gift for each person who wants to participate.

We will also be doing a volunteer toy drive for the Ronald McDonald house.   If you want to participate in that,  please bring new,  unwrapped toys.

Hope to see you all at the holiday party!


On April 22, 2017, CRC participated at the Automotive Drivers Museum.

This was the 50th anniversary for the Camaro.

2017 All Camaro Show Planned!

Mark your calendars for Sunday, June 11th for our annual All Camaro Show.  The show will be at Selman Chevrolet in Orange.  As always, this show will be free for CRC members who are current with club dues.

If you are interested in being on the planning committee for the show, please let George Stecher know ASAP.

In addition to the show, we will be working with Selman Chevrolet to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the camaro.  Selman will be featuring a different 67 camaro on the showroom floor every month for this year.  If you have a 67 and would like it to be at Selman one month, please let George know.

Rossmoor Highlights


4/30/16 - The CRC club participated at the Rossmoor festival, with 10 cars, 17 members, and a friend.  The weather was nice, good food, music, and lots of viewers.

Our winners are Mark Bird; with the 1969 Camaro.  Shirley Arendt won with her NEW 1969.

On Sunday, March 20th, from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Cool Runnin Camaros members are invited to an exclusive club event at the Toyota Automobile Museum at the Toyota Motor Sales National Headquarters in Torrance, CA.   

At this event we will have an informative presentation covering David Van Peursem's restoration of his vintage Camaro, as well as to take a peek into the future of transportation with a review of Toyota's new Hydrogen Fuel Cell vehicle. Lunch will be provided and there will be ample time to tour the Toyota Automotive Museum collection.

The Toyota Automotive Museum is located at 19600 Van Ness, Ave in Torrance, CA.  It features a wide collection of vintage and modern Toyota Vehicles spanning from the 1950s to the present including various race cars and specialty vehicles. John Bateman learned of this toy drive Carshow and Cruise to benefit the Childrens Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) late but had a good time. Next year we will add this to the club must do list.
